Thanks for taking the time to visit the Parklife-Woking website.  I hope you find it useful and find all the information you need.  If it’s not here then please contact me.  Parklife-Woking offers Mum and baby workouts, classes and small group PT in Woking and surrounding areas.  No need for childcare or a crèche as Buggy Babes sessions allow you to exercise with baby, meet other Mums in your local area (Woking and surrounding areas) and be able to enjoy some fresh air!

I have been a fitness professional for over 20 years and still love teaching classes as much now as I did when I first started out!  To me it’s not a job; it’s a way of life and a real passion.

My fitness journey started at a young age doing Ballroom, Latin and modern dance.  I was also attending “keep fit” classes with my Mum from age 12!!   At age 17 I started to teach dance to children and it was then that I decided to do my qualifications to become a fitness instructor for adult classes too as I knew this was something I was going to have a real passion for.  I can still remember fondly my old cassette player that I used to take with me to school halls! 

I loved teaching classes so much that I decided to do a bit of presenting which was great but realised that my role in fitness was not to be the star on stage but to inspire and encourage others to become great instructors and to create and provide effective and fun workouts.  This is where Drummond Education and Les Mills come in.  I did my Assessor in the Fitness industry award and now assess 3 Les Mills Programs as well as instruct them!  I also assess and tutor fitness qualifications for Drummond Education. 

My aim for every class or group PT session I teach is to inspire, encourage and motivate everyone so that I can help them achieve their goals and enjoy fitness.  By the end of a Buggy Babes session my goal is that all Mums leave feeling happy, refreshed and know that they have had a great workout.

Chloe was born in July 2012 so I fully understand all the changes our bodies go through and how important it is for Mums to get out and feel good. These changes affect our ability to exercise and I can help with providing fun yet challenging and safe workouts to get you looking and feeling great.
